摘要
文章以无锡地铁3号线一期工程山墩凹站~靖海公园站区间盾构施工为工程背景,根据施工过程中遇到的相关问题,从施工前准备、注浆止水、尾刷更换步序、应急处理等多方面对盾构机尾刷更换方法进行阐述。该方案已安全顺利地实施,现场实施效果表明:拆除管片后盾尾无漏水现象,能快速、高效的完成盾尾刷更换工作。可为类似工程的盾尾刷更换提供借鉴与参考。
This paper takes the replacement of tail brushes during earth-pressure balance process in Jinghai station ~Shandunao station of Wuxi metro Line 3 as background. From the aspects of pre construction preparation, ejection for water plugging, tail brush replacement steps, emergency treatment, etc, the method of shield tail brush replacement is expounded.The scheme has been carried out safely and smoothly. The field implementation shows that the tail support of the segment is free of leakage, and it can quickly and efficiently complete the replacement of the shield tail brush.It can provide reference and reference for shield tail brush replacement of similar projects.
