土压平衡盾构机主要密封部位之一的尾刷,却是非常容易损坏且难以修复的部件,以小松盾构机为例,介绍在区间隧道掘进中停机检修盾尾刷的必要安全条件、检查与更换方法、密封刷更换后的保护措施等实用技术。特别是对检修前的准备工作进行了详细阐述。
As one of the key seals of EPB shield machines, tail skin brushes are easy to be damaged, but difficult to be repaired. Taking a Komatsu shield machine as an example, the author expounds, in detail, the preparation work before the maintenance of the tail skin brushes and introduces such practical technologies as necessary safety conditions for tail skin brush checking and replacing, tail skin brush replacing method and protection measures after tail skin brush replacing.
