Research on Adapability of Line Heating for E36 Steel Plate for Ship

摘要 采用不同加热温度对E36船体结构钢板进行热弯曲试验。结果表明,E36船体结构钢板具有良好的水火弯板工艺适应性,水火弯板后钢板性能均能满足要求,其强度略有升高,塑性略有下降,加热温度750℃时冲击韧性变化不大,加热温度800℃时冲击韧性显著降低,这可能是由于较高加热温度导致了焰道中心晶粒粗大所致。 Hot bending was conducted on the E36 plate by flame-treating at different temperatures. The resuhs indicated that the line heating was suitable for E36 steel, the properties of the plate line heated could meet the reguirements. The strength of the steel line heated improved while the plasticity declined slightly. The toughness of the steel heated at 800 ℃ dropped much more significantly than that at 750 ℃ and the main reason might be in coarsened grains in the flame-treated region.
