摘要
对经不同规范火工处理的热轧铜沉淀强化钢进行了拉伸和冲击试验,采用透射电子显微镜对火工处理前后钢板的微观结构进行了分析。结果表明,峰值温度为850℃、不同冷却方式和处理次数的火工处理均使钢的强度降低、冲击韧性提高,且强韧性的变化幅度随着冷却速度的降低、处理次数的增多而增大;微观结构分析表明在火工处理过程中,α-Fe基体发生回复与再结晶,同时ε-Cu析出颗粒发生粗化,导致强度下降,韧性提高。
The effect of hot morking on mechanical properties and microstructure of hot-rolled low-carbon, copper-strengthened steel was investigated by tensile test, impact test and TEM. The results indicate that strength of the steel is reduced and the toughness improves after hot working treatments with the peak temperature 850℃. And the changing degree of strength and toughness becomes greater with the reducing of cooling rate and the increasing of treatment times. It is concluded that the recovery and recrystallization of α-Fe and the coarsening of ε-Cu precipitates in the hot working process reduce strength and improve toughness of the steel.
