摘要 高绝缘、低成本的绝缘填充材料是新型固体输电管道设计的关键,针对新型聚合物水泥混凝土(PCC)的介电常数、介质损耗因数、局部放电量、雷电冲击耐受电压、工频电气强度等性能进行试验研究。结果表明:室温下PCC的介质损耗因数为0.062,相对介电常数为5.82。随温度升高PCC试样的相对介电常数略有下降,介质损耗因数有所升高。与常规交联聚乙烯相比,PCC的介质损耗因数偏大,相对介电常数较高。PCC试样的工频电气强度和雷电冲击击穿强度均略低,局部放电值达到180 p C,起始局部放电特性处于劣势。综合PCC的介电性能、电气强度和局部放电特性测试结果,PCC若用于新型固体输电管道,可以从优化配方、改良工艺两方面对PCC的电气性能进行进一步改善。 The insulation filler material with high insulating properties and low cost is the key of new solid power transmission pipeline design. In this paper, the dielectric constant, dielectric loss factor, par- tial discharge magnitude, lightning impulse withstand voltage, power frequency electric strength of the new polymer cement concrete (PCC) were studied. The results show that the dielectric loss factor of PCC is 0.062 at room temperature, and the relative dielectric constant is 5.82. With the increase of temperature, the relative dielectric constant of PCC sample decreases slightly, and the dielectric loss factor increases. Compared with the conventional cross-linked polyethylene, the dielectric loss factor of PCC is too large, and the relative dielectric constant is high. The power frequency electric strength and lightning impulse breakdown strength of PCC sample are lower, and the initial partial discharge magnitude reaches 180pC, which indicate that the partial discharge characteristic of PCC are poor. According to the test results of dielectric properties, electric strength, and partial discharge characteristic of PCC, if PCC is used in the new solid power transmission line, the electrical properties of PCC can be further improved by optimizing formulation and improving process.
