摘要
给出了几种聚合物水泥混凝土的制备方法和工艺流程 ,研究了聚合物水泥混凝土配合比的最佳设计 ,及 5种聚合物混凝土的力学性能 .指出 :树脂必须制备成黏度为 0 .5~ 1.0Pa·s的乳液 ,最佳胶灰比为 0 .0 8~ 0 .10 ,水灰比必须略小于水泥的临界水灰比 ,聚合物乳液与砂浆拌制聚合物水泥混凝土 ,其抗拉强度和弯曲强度都为普通混凝土的 2~
A preparation method of several varieties of the concrete composed of the polymer and cement and their processing are presented, the optimal design of the ingredient of these concretes is investigated, and the mechanical properties of five types of these concretes are also investigated. It is pointed out that the viscosity of the emulsified resin for concrete preparation is to be made as 0.5~1.0 pa.s, optimal ratio of resin to cement is to be 0.08~0.1,and the ratio of water to cement is to be slightly less than critical ratio of water to cement for pure cement. The tensile and bending strength of so prepared concrete is 2 to 3 times of that of common concrete.
