摘要
将蒲绒纤维与聚乙烯-聚丙烯共混纤维(ES纤维)混合,采用气流成网和热粘合方法,制备出高蓬松的并能保持蒲绒纤维原有三维结构的蒲绒纤维集合体。通过控制蒲绒纤维集合体密度来控制纤维集合体内孔隙结构的大小。探究了蒲绒纤维集合体滤料的吸油机理,测定在动态情况下,蒲绒纤维集合体对柴油和水的分离效率、一次过滤结束时纤维集合体的最大油液吸附能力和三维蒲绒纤维集合体滤材重复使用性能,为蒲绒纤维在柴油吸附领域的应用提供理论支撑。
The cattail fiber and ethylene-propylene side by sid fiber (ES fiber) are mixed to fabricate a cattail fiber assembly with high fluffy and its original 3D structure by using airflow-laid-thermal bonding method. The size of gap structure of cattail fiber assembly is dominated by the density of assembly. The oil absorption mechanism of cattail fiber assembly is explored. The separation behavior of the assembly is evaluated by measuring diesel oil separation efficiency, the maximum oil adsorption capacity of fiber assembly at the end of the first filter and the reusability of cattail fiber filter by centrifugal methods under dynamic condition, which can provide theoretical support for the application of cattail fiber in diesel adsorption field.
