摘要
设计与生产了纯棉变纬密纬剪花织物。从织物组织设计、色纱排列、织物风格以及络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综、织造工序工艺参数的设置等方面进行探讨。通过合理设置各工序的工艺参数,织造时经向台时断头为1.2根/万m,纬向台时断头为1.8根/万m,织机效率达91%,下机一等品率达97%,入库一等品率达99%。
Pure cotton weft shear fabric with variabte weft density ts designed and produced. The organization design ot fabric, the arrangement of colored yarns, the style of fabric and the process parameters including winding, warping, sizing, drafting and weaving are discussed. With proper parameters setting of each process, broken warp of one loom is 1.2 per myriameter in an hour, broken weft is 1.8 per myriameter in an hour, weaving efficiency can reach 91%, first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach 97% and first grade percentage put in storage is up to 99%.
