摘要
探讨细号高密竹节复合织物的浆纱工艺及生产要点。详细分析了该类织物的生产难点,针对生产难点,介绍了原纱质量指标控制重点,通过合理调整浆料配方,降低PVA用量减少浆纱二次毛羽;优化浆纱工艺,适当增大压浆力确保浆纱浸透被覆均衡;辅以恰当的穿综、织造工艺,最终该类产品织机效率达94%以上,下机一等品率达92%以上。认为通过工艺调整达到了优质高效生产细号高密竹节复合织物系列产品的目的。
Sizing technology and production key points of compound fabric with fine yam and high density were discussed. Production difficulties of the fabric were analyzed in detail. Control key points of yarn quality indexes were introduced according to production difficulties. Sizing secondary hairiness was reduced by reasonably adjusting size instruc- tion and decreasing PVA using amount. Size immersing through and covering uniformly were ensured by optimizing sizing processing and increasing size pressure; Loom efficiency of the product can be reached above 94% through adopting proper drafting and weaving technology. The first-grade product percentage off line was above 92%. It is considered that the purpose of developing and producing compound sluh series fabric with fine yarn and high density can be achieved by processing adjustment.
