摘要
采用电镜-能谱分析方法,对中国石化天津分公司常减压装置常压塔塔顶排水出现的黑色物质进行了分析,并采用更换原油、改善注水水质、控制塔顶pH值等方法对装置进行了改进。结果表明:黑色物质由Fe_xS_y,FeO,FeCO_3及铁与有机胺的络合物组成;装置改进后,无排水变黑现象发生,并且运行平稳。
The black substance in water draining from the top of atmospheric tower in an atmospheric and vacuum unit of Tianjin Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC, was analyzed by the electron microscopy -energy spectrum method. The unit was improved by changing oil, improving water injection quality, controlling tower top pH value, et al. The re- sults showed that the black substance constituted ofFex Sy, FeO, FeCO3 and complex of iron and organic amine. After the unit improved, the phenomenon of water draining changing black has not happened, and the unit operated steadily.
