摘要
辽阳石油化纤公司近年来生产设备多次发生严重腐蚀,生产安全受到危胁。经过调查,发现原油中含有机氯化物是造成设备腐蚀的原因,而原油中的有机氯化物是在油田采油过程中注入的含氯清、防蜡剂等化学剂所引起。为解决这一问题该公司研制出一种清蜡效果好、密度高、不含氯和硫等腐蚀性物质的清、防蜡剂,供油田使用。
Organic chlorine compounds in crude oil have caused serious corrosion prob- lem to the processing equipments and threatened the production safty in Liaoyang Petro- chemical Fibre Company in recent years. It was found by investigation and studying that the chlorine came from the wax-controlling chemicals which were added into the crude oil in oil- fields during production. In order to solve this problem, the company has worked out a wax controlling agent which is effective in dissolving wax in crude oil during production. It is high in specific gravity and is free of corrosive matters such as chlorine and sulphur com- pounds.
