摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法选取检验医学本科的学生80名作为研究对象。其中,2012级40名(对照组),2013级40名(观察组)。对照组给予常规授课为主的教学方法(LBL),观察组给予以问题为中心的教学模式(PBL)。结果观察组的问诊内容、问诊技巧、基础知识、病例知识等考核得分均高于对照组,学生的教学满意度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法能够提高学生诊断学的学习成绩和操作能力,有利于培养学生的临床思维能力。
Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method in diagnostics teaching. Methods 80 medical undergraduates were selected as the study subjects, 40 people in 2012 grade(the control group), 40 people in 2013 grade(the observation group). The control group was given routine teaching method(LBL), and the observation group was given the problem centered teaching model(PBL). Results The examination scores, interrogation skills, basic support and the analysis of cases in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, and the teaching satisfaction of the students were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ConclusionPBL teaching method can improve the students' learning achievement and operation ability, and help to train students' clinical thinking ability.
