摘要
内分泌与代谢性疾病在内科学中所占篇幅不多,却是不可缺少的一章,与其他系统联系紧密。内分泌学科专业性强,系统理论较抽象,疾病表现多样,诊疗较复杂。为适应现代医学教育的发展趋势,内分泌系统教学应与时俱进,采用多种教学手段,有效利用多媒体教学,以问题为中心的教学,遵循循证医学以及重视医学素质教育在内分泌临床教学中的应用。通过多种方法提高理论教学和临床教学的成效,激发学生的学习热情,发挥其主观能动性,将所学理论知识联系实践,同时在教学中教师应言传身教,注重医风医德的培养。如何培养德才兼备的优秀医学人才是值得每位医学教师在教学道路上永恒的课题,也是医学教育不断改革的探索方向。
Endocrine and metabolic diseases occupy a small space in internal medicine, but it is an indispensable chapter, which is closely related to other systems. Endocrine subject has some distinctive characteristics of strongly professional, abstractly, variously and complexity. In order to adapt to the development trend of modern medical education, the teaching of endocrine system should keep pace with the times.
