摘要
中国和印度是两大崛起中的亚洲国家,两国对水资源需求量的持续增长与国家经济的快速发展密切相关。雅鲁藏布江-布拉马普特拉河是中国和印度两个国家之间的跨界河流,因对其有限水资源的合理分配以及对该跨界河流的开发利用,从而引发两国之间水资源纷争问题。印度炒作的"中国水威胁论"涉及到两国间的政治互信及领土争端,跨境水资源问题由此演变为水政治问题。
China and India are the two rising Asian countries, the two countries on the continued growth of water demand and the rapid development of the national economy is closely related.The Brahmaputra River-Brahmaputra River is a cross-border river between China and India, because of its rational allocation of limited water resources and the development and utilization of the transboundary river, triggering water disputes between the two countries.India＇s speculation ＂China Water threat theory＂ involves the political mutual trust and territorial disputes between the two countries, cross-border water resources has evolved into water politics.
