摘要
针对地方院校应用型人才培养的实际,结合本科生茶叶生物化学教学的经验和体会,利用福建省武夷山茶产业优势,有针对性地开展教学工作。在教学过程中不断改进教学方法,优化教学内容,改革考核形式,加强对学生科研及实践能力的培养,将学术报告引入课堂教学,将企业实际引入课堂教学,以推进高等教育应用化,使该课程真正满足应用型本科人才培养的需求。
According to the reality of practical talent training in local colleges, combining with undergraduate teaching experience of tea biochemistry and advantage of tea industry in Wuyishan, Fujian provience, teaching work was carried out pertinently. Teaching meth-ods were improved, teaching content was optimized and checking types were innovated continuously during the process, which contributed to ability training of scientific research and practice of students. Academic reports and practice in business were introduced during class-room teaching process, which promoted application of higher education and made the course meet the demand of practical talent training.
