摘要
随着我国的经济发展对创新型人才需求的不断增加,加快创新型人才的培养成为现代高等教育的重要目标。本文在梳理分析当前农林经济管理人才培养上存在问题的基础上,结合时代发展对农林经济管理创新型人才的新要求,以福建农林大学经济管理创新实验班的发展实践为例,总结出农林经济管理专业创新型人才培养的新途径。
With the economic development of China, the demand for the innovative talents increased and cultivation of innovative talents has become an important goal of modem higher education. The paper analyzed the problems of existing training model on Agricultural Economic and Management Specialties, combing with the new requirements for the innovative talents and taking Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an Example, to summing up the new training way of innovative talents in Agricultural Economic and Management Specialties.
