摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月至2016年4月来本科室就诊的80例胆囊切除术患者,按照手术日期随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用综合护理干预,观察两组患者护理前、后的焦虑情况,护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组患者的焦虑评分显著低于护理前,且明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),但对照组患者在护理前、后比较差异不明显(P>0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者未出现任何严重并发症。结论对胆囊切除术患者应用综合护理干预效果明显,不仅缓解了患者的焦虑情绪,还能提高患者的护理满意度,具有极大的推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on cholecystectomy.Methods Eighty cases of patients with cholecystectomy in our department from February 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the date of surgery, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The anxiety, nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of complication were observed before and after nursing in the two groups. Results After nursing, the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower than that before nursing and the control group（ P〈0.05）; but there was no significant difference of anxi-ety in the control group before and after nursing（ P〉0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was obvi ously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. After nursing, there was no serious complication occured in the two groups. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention has obvious effect in cholecystectomy, it not only alleviate the patients＇ anxiety, but also improve the patients＇ nursing satisfaction,which has great promotional value.
