摘要
目的观察并分析护理风险管理在呼吸科危重患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年2—10月在呼吸科治疗的危重患者150例,采用随机分配原则将150例患者分为对照组和研究组,各75例。对照组患者采取常规护理方法,研究组患者采取护理风险管理护理,比较两组患者非计划性拔管、意外事件及护患沟通不良的发生率。结果研究组的非计划性拔管的发生率、意外事件和护患沟通不良的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理的满意度为97.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在呼吸科危重患者护理中取得了良好的临床效果,可降低意外事件及护患沟通不良的发生率,提高护理质量及满意度,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in the critical care of respiratory patients. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of respiratory patients treated in our hospital from February2015 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group according to the random allocation principle, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group were taken care of risk management nursing. The incidence of unplanned extubation, accidents and poor nurse-patient communication were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of unplanned extubation, accidents and poor nurse-patient communication in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of nursing of the study group was 97.33%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing risk management has achieved good clinical results in critical care of respiratory patients. It can reduce the inci dence of accidents and poor nurse-patient communication, improve the quality of care and satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
