摘要
无刷直流电机(BLDCM)在运行过程中会产生非线性混沌运动,从而造成电机转矩脉动。针对BLDCM的不确定模型和存在干扰项的混沌运动系统,根据BLDCM的混沌特性、相轨迹法分析法和滑膜变结构原理,提出一种新的多模式混沌动态滑膜变结构算法。为了消除系统中存在的抖振现象,特设计一个滑模面为时变的动态PID滑模面,推导出混沌动态滑模变结构的BLDCM控制器,采用趋近律方法,对BLDCM的非线性混沌运动进行消除或抑制,最后在Matlab中建立Simulink模型。理论分析与数值仿真结果表明,混沌动态滑膜变结构算法具有可行性,能有效降低电机噪声并抑制电机的混沌运动,且控制器具有较好的动态品质。
Nonlinear chaotic motion is appeared in the working condition of brushless DC moor,resulting in torque ripple of motor,torque.Based on the uncertain model of BLDCM and the chaotic motion system with interference term,a new multi-mode chaotic dynamic synovial variable structure algorithm is proposed according to the chaotic characteristics,phase trajectory analysis and synovial structure of BLDCM.In order to eliminate the dithering phenomenon in the system,a sliding dynamic surface of the sliding mode is designed,and a BLDCM controller with chaotic dynamic sliding mode is deduced.The approach of the law is adopted,and the BLDCM Nonlinear chaotic motion is eliminated or suppressed.Finally,the model is established.The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results show the feasibility of the chaotic dynamic synovial variable structure algorithm,which can effectively reduce the motor noise and suppress the chaotic motion of the motor,and the controller has a good dynamic quality.
