圆柱凸轮直线传送系统的设计与运动学仿真

摘要 针对现有传统形式的直线传送系统承载能力差、传动精度低、能耗大、制造成本高等问题,课题组设计了一种采用圆柱凸轮机构的新型直线传送系统。对直线传送系统的运动需求进行了分析,结合修正正弦运动规律得到了从动件目标运动位移曲线,并基于圆柱凸轮设计理论构建了凸轮齿廓曲线的数学模型,基于该模型借助VC++6.0编程环境开发了圆柱凸轮设计软件,并完成了对圆柱凸轮直线传送机构的实例设计,利用ADMAS对圆柱凸轮传送机构进行了刚体动力学仿真。结果表明该传送机构传动性能良好且运动规律与理论设计模型相符。 Aiming at the problems of poor bearing capacity,low transmission accuracy,high energy consumption and high manufacturing cost of the existing traditional linear transmission system,a new cylindrical cam linear transmission system with a cylindrical cam mechanism was designed.The motion requirements of the linear transmission system were analyzed,the displacement curve of the target motion of the follower was obtained by combining the modified sinusoidal motion law.And the mathematical model of the cam tooth profile curve based on the cylindrical cam design theory was constructed,the cylindrical cam design software based on this model was developed with the VC++6.0 programming environment.And the example design of the cylindrical cam linear transmission mechanism was completed.Finally ADAMS was used to simulate the rigid body dynamics of the cylindrical cam transmission mechanism.The results show that the transmission mechanism has good transmission performance and the motion pattern is in accordance with the theoretical design model.
