摘要
循环式血液灌注装置实验表明,尼可地尔0.15mmol/L可明显增加离体兔心对丁哌卡因中毒的耐受量;显著抑制供氧或缺氧灌注条件下丁哌卡因所致兔心乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)及谷草转氨酶(AST)的释放;降低冠脉阻力,增加冠脉流量;降低缺氧灌注下丁哌卡因中毒时室性心律失常的发生率。结果说明,尼可地尔能明显对抗丁哌卡因的心脏毒性,对心肌具有较好的保护作用。
The experiment of recirculating perfusion device showed that nicorandil (Nic) 0.15 mmol / L could significantly increase the tolerance to bupivacaine toxicity; decrease coronary vascular resistance and increase coronary flow in isolated rabbit hearts under oxygenic or hypoxic perfusion. Nic-could antagonise bupivacaine-induced ventricular arrhythmias during hypoxic perfusion. The results indicatethat Nic can counteract cardiac toxicity of bupiva-caine and has satisfactory protective effects on myocardium.
