摘要
目的调查贵阳市5岁以下儿童营养不良现状,为制定改善5岁以下儿童营养状况的措施提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取贵阳市5岁以下儿童4 221名,对其进行体格发育测量并应用统一问卷对家长进行回顾性现场调查。结果贵阳市5岁以下儿童营养不良患病率为7.37%,其中低体重占3.93%,生长迟缓占4.57%,消瘦占1.21%。结论贵阳市5岁以下儿童营养不良状况不容忽视,加强科学喂养宣传力度、提供合理的膳食指导、培养儿童良好的饮食习惯是预防儿童营养不良的综合措施。
Objective To survey malnutrition status of children under 5 years old in Guiyang,provide a basis for taking measures to improve nutritional status of children under 5 years old. Methods A total of 4 221 children under 5 years old were selected from Guiyang by stratified random sampling method,physical development measurement was performed,a uniform questionnaire was used for retrospective field investigation among the parents. Results The prevalence rate of malnutrition among children under 5 years old in Guiyang was7. 37%,the incidence rates of low weight,growth retardation,and emaciation were 3. 93%,4. 57%,and 1. 21%,respectively. Conclusion Malnutrition of children under 5 years old in Guiyang should not be ignored. The comprehensive measures must be taken to prevent mainutrition,including strengthening publicity of scientific feeding,appropriate dietary guidance,and developing good eating habits.
