摘要
目的：探讨健康教育路径对儿童生长发育过程中营养状况的影响,为儿童的健康成长提供有效保护措施.方法：选择2010年7月～2013年6月在我院住院的营养不良患儿200例,随机等分为常规组和健康教育路径组.常规护理组采取常规健康教育,健康教育路径组对家属进行健康教育及营养卫生知识宣讲,采用家属和患儿喜闻乐见的宣传方式吸引患儿和家属阅读,使他们积极配合治疗.结果：健康教育路径组中的患儿家属较常规护理组对护理工作满意度高,健康教育路径组中的患儿及家属较常规护理组对营养知识的掌握程度更加牢固.结论：对患儿家属进行营养卫生知识健康教育,能够减轻护理工作人员的工作量,提高家属对营养知识的掌握程度及对护理人员的工作满意度,有利于提高患儿的生命质量.
Objective：To provide effective protection measures for children＇s health development through the research on the influence of the health education in the process of children＇s growth and development via the health education path.Methods：In our hospital from July 2010 to June 2013,200 cases of malnutrition children were randomly divided into conventional group and health education path group.The routine nursing group adopted routine health education,health education path of family health education and nutritional health knowledge propaganda,the families and children love to see and hear publicity attracted to reading the children and parents,making them actively cooperate with the treatment.Results：The health education path in the group with family than the routine nursing group on nursing job satisfaction was high,the children and family health education path group than in the conventional nursing group of the nutritional knowledge more firmly.Conclusion：The families of patients can reduce the workload of nursing staff and they and have high evaluation on the nursing work and also help to improve the quality of children＇s life by learning more nutrition and health knowledge,the health education path do have the children grow up under the protection of families.
