摘要
女子高校的体育管理,除了强调关注女大学生自身的生理心理特点以外,更注重女大学生的综合素质培养,它将性别文化融入到体育管理中,从而凸现对女大学生的全面培养。通过对女大学生体育运动现状的分析,研究当前女子高校体育管理存在的问题,并据此提出从性别意识出发开展工作、提高体育管理工作者水平、健全管理机制和监管体系等应对策略,有助于提高女子高校的体育管理水平,促进女子高等教育的发展。
The sports management of women＇ s universities pays more attention to fostering female college students＇ comprehensive competence besides emphasizing their physiological and psychological characteristics. It puts social gender culture into sports management to reach the overall cultivation of female college students. This article explores the problems of the sports management of women＇ s universities through analy- zing the current situation of the sports activities of the female students. It puts forward ways to deal with the current problems, improve levels of sports management in universities and prompt the development of female higher education. Such ways include more attention to gender consciousness, improvement of levels on sports management workers, perfection of management mechanism and regulatory system and the using of modem scientific and technological innovation. Those changes will certainly benefit the liberation and development of all females in our society.
