摘要
在《管理沟通》课程课堂教学中,通过引入社会性别视角,以改善目前该课程教学中的"性别盲视"状态,提高工商管理专业学生社会性别敏感性和沟通能力。课堂教学改革实践中,在丰富原有教学内容和素材的同时,积极探索教学方法的改进,目前主要采用了课程讲授法、案例讨论法和体验式教学等三种教学方法。进而,结合三年以来针对286位工商管理专业学生的调研问卷,总结了《管理沟通》课程课堂教学改革取得的初步成效,并对未来的后续工作进行了展望。
Through the introduction of gender perspective in classroom teaching of Management Communica- tion course, it is to improve "gender blindness" state in the current teaching practice, and sharpen gender sensitivity and communication skills of business management students. In the teaching practice, not only have the original teaching content and materials been enriched, but also the teaching methods positively ex- plored, covering three major ones, namely the lecture method, case study method and experience teaching method. Through a questionnaire involving 286 business management students from 2014 to 2016, this paper summarizes the primary achievements of current classroom teaching of Management Communication with the future work prospected.
