摘要
石墨烯在水中的分散效果直接影响导电油墨的自身性能。本文通过测试20种表面活性剂作为石墨烯分散剂制备的导电油墨电阻,初步比较不同类型表面活性剂对水性石墨烯分散性能的影响。再通过测试石墨烯分散液的吸光度,比较不同分子量表面活性剂的分散性能。实验发现:羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)这种具有生物相容性,对人体无毒、无害的低成本表面活性剂,具有较优异的分散能力。
Dispersion of graphene in aqueous solution directly affects properties of conductive ink. The effect of different types of surfactants on the dispersibility of water-based graphene was evaluated by testing the electric resistance of each conductive ink prepared with20 kinds of surfactants as graphene dispersants. And performances of the surfactant dispersion with different molecular weight were compared by measuring absorbance of the graphene dispersions. The results shown that a kind of biocompatible,non-toxic and cost efficient surfactant,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),has excellent dispersing ability.
