摘要
针对石油钻井行业石墨自身的润滑性不足、市面上石墨润滑剂效果不能达到新标准要求等问题,通过大量实验,将石墨与油类添加剂进行混合配制,优选复配出一种润滑效果好、筛余量低、灼烧残渣少、表观黏度升高值少的石墨润滑剂。实验结果表明:该产品不仅符合中石油标准,也符合中石化2023年的新标准,且在这两个标准中,表现均较好。数据表明,该石墨润滑剂产品在中石油标准下常温润滑系数降低率为80.00%,150℃高温老化16 h后的润滑系数降低率为72.22%;中石化标准下常温润滑系数降低率为83.93%,180℃高温老化16 h后的润滑系数降低率为56.60%,润滑效果较好,而且对基浆性能的改变较小。
In the view of the lack of lubricant of graphite itself in the oil drilling industry,the effect of graphite lubricant on the market can not meet the requirements of the new standard and other problems,through a large number of experiments,the graphite and oil additives are mixed to prepare a graphite lubricant with good lubrication effect,low screening margin,less burning residue and less apparent viscosity rise value.The experimental results show that the product not only meets the Petrochina standard,but also meets the new standard of Sinopec in 2023,and in these two standards,the performance is good.The data show that the reduction rate of the graphite lubricant is 80.00% at room temperature under the Petrochina standard,and 72.22% after aging at 150℃ for 16 h.The reduction rate of normal temperature lubrication coefficient under Sinopec standard is 83.93%,and the reduction rate of lubrication after 180℃ high temperature aging for 16 h is 56.60%,the lubrication effect is better,and the change of the performance of the base paste is small.
