摘要
EPC工程总承包模式的建设项目在工程建设市场不断增多。为了使总承包商取得更好的经济效益,根据在项目设计优化工作中的体会,结合具体工程案例对EPC项目工程设计优化工作的解决方案、设计影响造价的主要因素、制约设计优化的因素等内容进行研究,使得采用EPC管理模式不仅能使业主的投资得到保证,而且能使总承包商把握住设计—施工集成管理带来的利益空间。
There are more and more const ruct ion projects under the EPC overal l contracted mode in the const ruct ion markets nowadays. In order to help the general contractor to gain greater economic benefit？studied with practical engineering examples in the paper are the solutions to the optimized design of the EPC engineering projects ？the main factors of the cost-influencing design, the factors that limit the optimization of the design？etc. The adoption of the EPC managing mode not only helps ensure the investment of the owner,but also helps the general contractor to grasp greater profit-gaining opportunities brought by the integrated management of design and construction.
