摘要 EPC工程总承包是国际工程项目管理的趋势,也是我国目前积极推行的一种工程管理模式。本文论述了水电工程EPC总承包管理模式的特点、工作内容及任务,总结了水电工程EPC总承包管理应注意的问题,并结合赤道几内亚吉布洛水电站EPC项目管理进行了分析,对我国水电工程建设项目管理具有一定的借鉴意义。 EPC is an international project management trends,and it＇s currently actively pursuing a project management model in China.This article discussed the hydropower project EPC general contract management characteristics,work content and tasks,summed up the problem witch the hydropower project EPC contract management should be paid attention to and took Equatorial Guinea Jibuluo hydropower EPC project management for example to analyze the relative content.These results have certain significance for China＇s hydropower construction project management.
