奖罚制度在提高ICU护士手卫生依从性中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察奖罚制度对提高ICU护士手卫生依从性的效果。方法成立手卫生质量监控小组,采取奖罚制度,每月对手卫生依从率达到90%以上者给予物质及精神奖励,低于80%者给予物质处罚,持续半年,统计干预前后24名护士手卫生依从率的变化。结果奖罚制度实施后ICU护士手卫生依从性优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论奖罚制度的实施可以激励护士主动、正确的执行手卫生,提高手卫生依从性。 Objective To observe the effect of reward and punishment system in improving the hygiene compliance of nurses in ICU.Methods To establish the hand hygiene quality control team and to carry out the rewards and punishment system.Those with hand hygiene compliance rate of 90% or more was given material and spiritual rewards,and those with compliance rate of 80% or less was given punishment.The improvement in hand hygiene compliance before and after the activity was observed.Results After the implementation of the reward and punishment system,the hygiene compliance of nurses in ICU was significantly improved(P < 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the reward and punishment system can motivate nurses to take the initiative and correct hand hygiene and improve the compliance of hand hygiene.
