以工时测定为基础的门诊采血室护士与开放窗口配置的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对门诊采血室护士工作量和患者排队情况的测算,按工作流程、工作量和配置所需护士和开放窗口数,为管理者和同行提供参考。方法运用现场观察法和工时测定法,观察门诊采血室患者排队情况,测定护士操作时数,将测量结果录入Excel表建立数据库,测算不同时段采血窗口和护士配置数。结果测量出采血窗口患者排队人次、护士平均操作时数,匡算出不同时段采血窗口及护士配置数。结论门诊采血室护士和开放窗口配置可以以工时测定为基础,动态合理配置。 Objective To explore allocation of nursing staffing for blood service based on the current workflow,workload and patients queuing in blood collection room,so as to provide reference for the administrators of the hospital and colleagues concerned.Methods The study adopted survey method and working hours measurement to calculate the nursing staff and blood service.Results The average working hours and blood service in blood collection room were accurately calculated.Conclusion The allocation of nursing staff for blood service can be arranged according to the working hour measurement,for the purpose of dynamic management.
