摘要
笔者介绍了加速康复外科理念的概念及其基本特征及经济学评价现状,并对方法学进行讨论。提出在构建经济学模型时,应全面考虑加速康复外科理念相对于围手术期传统理念在临床疗效、研究设计、结果测量、成本测量等方面的特征和变化,并在此基础上进行加速康复外科理念经济学评价设计和模型构建,以获得科学合理的经济学评价效果。
To provide a reference for the application of enhanced recovery after surgery into clinical practice and its econom-ic evaluation, the authors introduce the idea, basic characteristics and the economic evaluation, and discuss the methodology. They propose that while forming economic model, the characteristics and changes in clinical effect, research design, result measurement, and cost measurement should be considered, comparing with traditional idea in perioperative period so as to establish economic evaluation design and the model with the idea of enhanced recovery after surgery and obtain scientific and rational economic evaluation results.
