摘要
目的探讨"热心接、耐心讲、细心观、诚心帮、温心送、爱心访"(以下简称""六心")护理品牌模式对肿瘤放疗患者生活质量的影响,比较住院治疗和住家治疗的患者生活质量的区别。方法对应用"六心"护理品牌模式的肿瘤放疗住院治疗患者(n=80)和住家治疗患者(n=80)分别进行问卷调查,观察内容包括日常生活功能、生理功能、心理状态、症状、社会活动功能、健康的自我评价。结果住家治疗患者《肿瘤患者生活质量调查表》评价优于住院治疗患者(P<0.05)。住家治疗患者日常生活功能、生理功能及心理状态维度的评分均高于住院治疗(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤放疗住家治疗患者相较于住院治疗患者生活质量更高,在对住院治疗的肿瘤患者的临床护理中应更注重对"六心"护理品牌模式的应用和推广。
Objective To investigate the application of “Six Heart” nursing model on qualityof life in cancer patients with radiotherapy,and to compare the difference between hospitalized pa-tients and those with home-based treatment. Methods The questionnaie based investigation wasconducted to ＋0 hospitalized cancer patients and to ＋0 patients with home-based treatment respec-tively. The main outcome included activities of daily living,physiological function,psychological states,symptom,situational factors and self-assessment on health. Results Patients with home-based treatment achieved a better outcome in assessment of quality of life quewitli those hospitalized patients（P 〈0.05）. Patients with home-based treatment achieved a higher score of activities of daily living,physiological function and psychological states compared with hospitalized patients （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion More efforts should be paid on application of“Si Heart” nursing model for hospitalized cancer patients with radiotherapy.
