摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理在内科患者中的实施及效果。方法:选择300例内科患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各150例。对照组患者实施常规内科护理,观察组患者实施人性化护理,观察比较两组患者对护理质量的满意度情况。结果:观察组患者对护理质量的满意度(89.33%)明显高于对照组(73.33%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理服务切实为患者提供了全方位的护理,可以有效提高护理质量及患者满意度,促进患者尽早康复,同时也提高了护士的综合素质。
Objective:To discuss the effect of humane care in the internal medicine patients.Method:300 patients in our hospital were selected, they were divided into two groups,150 cases in each group.The observation group was given humane care,and the control group was given routine medical care.Result:The observation group patients’s satisfaction of nursing quality was obviously higher than that of the control group,there was significant statistically differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Humane care in the internal medicine patients nursing has good results.
