摘要
酸岩反应动力学实验研究是酸压技术的重要组成部分,其实验结果为酸压设计的优化和酸液体系的优选提供准确参数和依据,选用成都理工大学自主研发设计适用于测试高黏度酸液酸岩反应"不同黏度酸岩反应模拟实验装置"测定酸岩反应速率,在实验数据的基础上结合三维激光数字扫描数据,探讨了真实面容比对反应动力学方程的影响,分析得出面容比越大反应速率越大,真实面容比对酸岩反应动力学方程主要影响反应速度常数,真实面容比越大反应速度常数也越大,进一步为更加准确的设计和评价酸压施工效果提供了依据。
The experimental study of reaction kinetics of acid rock is an important part of the acid fracturing technology to guide acid fracturing and optimize the design and acid system.In this article,Chengdu University of Technology independently designed the different viscosity acid-rock reaction simulation equipment,which was suitable for testing acid-rock reactions of high viscosity acid.Based on the analysis of the experimental data and Threedimensional laser scanning data,the influence of the true surface-volume on the reaction kinetic equations was discussed.the rate of acid-rock reaction increases with increasing the surface-volume ratio,the main effect of the true surface-volume ratio on the reaction kinetics of acid rock is to influence the reaction velocity constant K,which increases with increasing the true surface-volume ratio.The research results provide a basis for more accurate design and evaluation of acid fracturing effect.
