摘要
油井压裂改造技术作为油田增产的主体技术已日趋成熟,对压裂效果影响起至关重要作用的压裂液体系研究一直是各油田关注的重点内容之一。吐哈油田针对油田储层及油藏类型开展了压裂液体系的适应性评价研究,尤其是水基压裂液应用了胶囊破胶技术、延迟胶联技术、低温破胶技术及低残渣稠化剂,满足了吐哈低渗深井油藏在不同油藏温度及压裂施工条件下对压裂液性能的要求,为保证压裂效果奠定了基础。
The oil wells fracturing as one of the improved oil recovery techniques has been maturing day after day. However, the research of fracturing fluid system which affects the effect of oil wells fracturing mostly still continue to be focused on in each oilfield. According to its particular types of formation and reservoirs, Tuha Oilfield has also done some research on adaptability evaluation of fracturing fluid system. Especially, the water-base fracturing fluid has adapted encapsulated gel-breaking technique, delayed gel-crossing technique, low temperature gel-breaking technique and gelling agent of low residue. Indeed, it satisfied the requirement of the function of fracturing fluid in different reservoir temperature and fracturing working condition of deep-well reservoirs in Tuha Oilfield. Meanwhile, it laid the foundation of fracturing effect.
