摘要
采用分散蓝2BLN染料对锗纤维针织面料进行两浴法染色,探讨载体用量、染液PH、固色温度和固色时间对上染率和K/S值的影响。确定的最优染色工艺为:分散蓝2BLN染料1%(o.w.f),含固量为4%的防泳移剂5g/L,载体用料1.0%,平平加O1.0%(o.w.f),PH为5.0,染色温度85℃,固色温度90℃,上染时间60min,固色时间65 min,浴比1∶25。对染色后织物进行性能测试,结果显示,锗纤维面料的耐洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度达到4级以上,织物的经纬向顶破强力均有所下降,但能够满足服用要求。
Two-bath dyeing method was adopted to dye germanium fiber knitted fabric with disperse blue2 BLN dye. The influence of carrier dosage,PH value of dyeing solution,fixing temperature and time on the uptake rate and K/S value were explored. The optimal technical process was decided: disperse blue 2 BLN dye was1%( o. w. f),migration inhibitor with 4% amount of solid was 5 g/L,carrier dosage 1. 0%,Pregal O 1. 0%( o.w. f),PH value 5. 0,the dyeing temperature 85℃ for 60 min and fixing temperature 90 ℃ for 65 min,bath ratio1: 25. The properties of dyed fabric were tested and the results showed that the color fastness to washing,perspiration and rubbing could reach Level 4 and above while the warp and weft tearing strength decreased slightly,which could meet the clothing requirements.
