摘要
选用雅格素(Argazol)系列活性染料,从染色方法、工艺参数及染料的互配等方面,对提高粘/棉交织物同浴同色性的染色工艺进行试验,对织物的表观颜色深度、色差指标和同色平衡值进行的测试和计算表明,宜采用冷堆法染色工艺。其优化的染色工艺条件为:浸轧液由染液与碱液组成(体积比为4∶1),染料用量20 g/L,纯碱用量12 g/L;室温二浸二轧,轧余率为80%,在温度30℃下,密封堆置24 h。
Union dyeing of viscose-cotton blends in one bath was carried out with Argazol series reactive dyes. Effects of dyeing methods, process conditions and dyes combinations were discussed. The optimal union dyeing conditions of viscose/ cotton blends have been determined through testing and analyzing K/S value, color difference and union value of dyed blends. The results showed that cold pad-batch dyeing could get union color under the condition of twice padding, room temperature, liquor retention 80%, batching 24h at 30℃, concentration of dyes and soda ash 20 g/L and 12 g/L respectively, as well as the volume ratio of dye liquor to alkali liquor 4：1.
