摘要
容器育苗是目前普遍的育苗方式,选用容器是否合适是影响容器育苗方法成效的关键因素之一。育苗钵是当前较为流行的一种育苗容器,使用育苗钵进行作物培育,可对秧苗进行农药的喷洒和肥料施用的集约化管理,从而达到省工、省料、省药的目的。要获得育苗钵制成技术的突破,必须解决育苗钵成型率低和高消耗的问题,针对真空吸滤成型法制备育苗钵方式的气动系统工作原理进行建模分析,并探讨影响其气动系统工作压力的因素。
