以双层成型纸浆模塑快餐盒作为试验对象, 通过正交试验及其试验结果的分析, 选择出适合双层成型纸浆模塑餐具成型的工艺参数组合, 试验品的湿坯含水率达到了令人满意的效果,
By the way of orthogonal tests and the analysis of testing results,rational optimum shaping technology parameters fitted for double-deck moulding paper module dishware were selected.With the rational parameters, the water content ratio of sample were satisfactory after hot pressing,thus the product cost and product quality were raised.
