摘要
文中设计了可以用于服装的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)压电传感器。以PVDF为原料,采用静电纺丝的方法制备PVDF纤维膜。制得的PVDF纤维膜柔软轻薄,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、XRD不同方法对样品进行表征,表征结果为静电纺纤维膜并无串珠结构和缺陷,成膜晶型以β晶为主;而流延法制得薄膜表面均匀,晶型为α晶。将静电纺纤维膜封装成具有三明治结构的传感器感芯,通过压电采集系统采集服装对人体正常压力下的电压,压电性能显著。
This paper purposed design of a PVDF piezoelectric sensor which can be used for clothing. Using PVDF as raw materials,the PVDF fiber membrane was prepared by using the method of electrostatic spinning.The PVDF fiber membrane is soft and light.The samples were thoroughly characterized by using SEM and XRD.The results indicate that electrostatic spinning fiber membrane has no beaded structure and defect. The crystal type is β-phase based. However,the cast film has a uniform surface with the α-phase.The electro spinning film was encapsulated into acore with sandwich structure. The date of voltage was get by voltage date acquisition system under the normal clothing pressure,the piezoelectric properties is significant.
