摘要 开发了一种基于LabVIEW虚拟仪的袜品压力测定系统,探讨不同于服装压力测试的袜品压力测试方法。系统采用轻便、可挠、薄片且灵敏的FlexiForce压力传感器,高精度调理模块处理前端信号,并借助LabVIEW语言开发了可对仪器进行操作的系统应用软件,包括数据的采集、分析、保存、回放等功能。用此系统测量袜子作用于石膏脚模上不同部位的袜压,并结合理论公式分析这几个部位的袜压分布情况,为考察和评价袜子的舒适性提供了新的测试手段。 The purpose of this research is to develop a sock-pressure measurement system based on LabVIEW visual instrument and to explore a method on sock-pressure measurement differing from cloth-pressure test, A thin, flexible and sensitive FlexiForce sensor is used and the high-precision conditioning module is introduced to process the front signal, With LabVIEW langnage, the application software for the system is developed, including functions of data acquisition, analysis, save and reappearance, In addition, pressures of different positions of socks wearing on plaster models of feet are measured by this system, and combining with theoretic formula, the pressure distribution of different sock positions is discussed, The research provides a new test means for investigation and evaluation of sock comfort.
