摘要
通过梳理关于沟域经济发展契机、发展阶段、发展模式与困境的文献发现,沟域经济发展有效带动城市郊区经济,促进农民增收致富,但是过度开发、管理水平低下和各方利益失衡等问题也造成了沟域经济发展的困境。与此同时,无论是政策文件、项目开发还是学术研究都忽略了沟域经济发展中农户主体性的发挥和他们如何有效参与沟域发展等问题,对这方面进行深入研究具有现实意义和学术价值。
The literature of the valley economic development opportunities, development stages, development models and difficulties was combed,while the literature showed that by developing travelling industry and modem agriculture, mountainous people could improve their in-come and living conditions, while undesirable consequences had flowed from over-exploitation, inefficient management, or conflicting interests of government, market and mountainous peasants. This article found that policy makers and academic research paid great attention to industry development and project planning and management, but ignored the subjectivity of valley people and how they took a part in valley develop-ment, on which further in-depth research was required to match with its practical significance and academic value.
