摘要
综述了稻谷干燥技术及工艺、稻谷干燥品质研究方面所取得的成果,并探讨了干燥工艺与稻谷干燥品质之间的关系,以期为稻谷干燥技术的研究提供参考。
This paper summarizes the achievements in rice drying technology, its process and rice drying quality research, and it also discus-ses the relationship between drying process and rice drying quality with the aim to provide reference for the researchers in future.
