稻谷双向通风均匀性及变温干燥工艺参数优化研究

摘要 为提升稻谷干燥品质和工作效率,解析粮层热风表现风速、稻谷温度和含水率的双向通风均匀性分布规律,探究变温干燥工艺参数对稻谷干燥特性和品质的影响。采用二次回归正交旋转组合试验方法,以变温幅度、热风表现风速和缓苏比作为影响因素,通过建立回归模型研究各影响因素对干燥速率和裂纹增率的影响趋势,确定了最佳变温干燥工艺参数组合。结果表明:不同监测层的热风表现风速、稻谷温度和含水率分布均能满足深床干燥试验的均匀性要求,最佳参数组合确定为变温幅度45~50℃、热风表现风速0.55 m·s^(-1)、缓苏比为0.3。此时,干燥速率为0.97%·h^(-1),裂纹增率为2.4%,能够实现稻谷优质高效干燥。综上,研究结果为稻谷深床变温干燥工艺优化和均匀性分析提供参考。 To improve the quality and efficiency of paddy drying,the uniformity distribution law of bidirectional ventilation of hot air performance wind speed,paddy temperature and moisture content in the grain layer was analyzed,and the influence of variable temperature drying process parameters on the drying characteristics and quality of paddy was investigated.Variable temperature amplitude,hot air performance wind speed and tempering ratio were used as influencing factors.The regression model was established by quadratic regression orthogonal rotation test,and the trend of the influence of each influence factor on the drying rate and cracking increase rate was studied to determine the optimal combination of variable temperature drying process parameters.The test results showed that the hot air performance wind speed,temperature and moisture content distribution of paddy in different monitoring layers could meet the uniformity requirements of the deep bed drying test.The optimal combination of parameters was determined as variable temperature range 45-50℃,hot air performance wind speed 0.55 m·s^(-1),tempering ratio of 0.3.At this time,the drying rate was 0.97%·h^(-1),the cracking rate of increase was 2.4%,which was able to realize the high-quality and high-efficiency drying of paddy.The results of the study provide a reference for the optimization of the deep-bed variable temperature drying process and uniformity analysis of paddy.
