摘要
中高职衔接是一个热点课题,而实践技能作为中高职院校培养的重点组成,在中高职衔接内容中占据重要地位.阐述了在公共实训基地发展过程中,应遵循"政府为主导、企业为主体、院校为基础、行业为依托"四位一体的原则,实现政府、企业、行业、院校四方基地共建、资源共享、事务共管、成果共创、利益共赢的长效共存机制,以促进中高职衔接,实现科学、有效地管理公共实训基地的目的,推动公共实训基地可持续发展.
Cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education is a hot topic. The practical skills,as the key component of the training in higher vocational colleges,occupy an important position in the contents of the secondary and higher vocational schools. This paper concludes that the principle of＂the government as the leading,the enterprise as the main body,the university as the foundation and the industry as the backing＂should be followed in the development process of public skill training platform so as to realize the long-term coexistence mechanism of government,enterprises,industries,as well as colleges and universities working together to construct the training base,share resources,manage affairs,create achievements and win benefits. It can promote the cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education and achieve the goal of scientific and effective management of public skill training bases and realize the sustainable development of the platform.
