呼出气一氧化氮测定与肺功能检测在哮喘患者诊断中的临床应用观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探索呼出气一氧化氮测定与肺功能检测在哮喘患者诊断中的临床应用。方法:选取60例健康体检者(对照组)、60例哮喘患者(观察组)作为试验对象,且均进行肺功能、呼出气一氧化氮检测。结果:观察组FeNO高于对照组,PEF、FEV1%、FEV1%pred低于对照组,同时观察组完全控制患者PEF,FEV1%、FEV1%pred,FeNO,良好控制患者PEF,FEV1%、FEV1%pred,FeNO,未控制患者PEF,FEV1%、FEV1%pred,FeNO,其组间存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论:呼出气一氧化氮和肺功能检测能够了解哮喘患者病情进展,可为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。
