摘要
目的:比较乳癌改良根治术后不同负压引流术后并发症的发生情况。方法:回顾性分析施行乳腺癌改良根治术112例患者的治疗情况,其中高负压组59例,乳腺癌改良根治术后采用真空高负压引流瓶引流,低负压组53例,乳腺癌改良根治术后采用常规低负压引流球引流,两组进行术后并发症发生率、平均住院天数、平均住院总费用、平均术后住院日、术后两日平均引流量、平均置管日数等相关指标对比性研究。结果:高负压组皮下积液、皮瓣坏死发生率明显低于低负压组,术后两日平均引流量多于低负压组,两管平均置管日数短于低负压组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:选用真空高负压引流瓶可以使早期引流充分,减少置管日期,减少皮下积液和皮瓣坏死的发生。
Objective To compare the complication of different types of negative pressure drainage after modified radical mastectomy. Method A total of 112 discharged patients of Xinhua Hospital,who were undergone the modified radical mastectomy surgery were enrolled in the study. The high vacuum group were 59 cases who were used high vacuum drain-device,and the low vacuum group were 53 cases who were used silicone suction drainage ball. The postoperative complication rate,the average hospitalization days,the average hospitalization cost,the average postoperative hospitalization days,the average drainage volume at 2 days postoperation,and the average catheter indwelling time were observed. Results The average drainage volume at 2 days postoperation of the high vacuum group was higher then that of the low vacuum group（ P〈0. 05）. The average catheter indwelling time,fluid accumulation indicators and the flap necrosis rates of the high vacuum group were lower then those of the low vacuum group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is worthy for the use of high vacuum drain-device for the modified radical mastectomy to drainageing the subcutaneous fluid earlier efficiently;furthermore,the average catheter indwelling time,fluid accumulation indicators and the flap necrosis rates were decreased.
