摘要
目的:探究双管负压引流对乳腺癌改良根治术后皮瓣成活率影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2025年1月本院收治的86例乳腺癌改良根治术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照和观察组各43例。对照组采用单管负压引流;观察组采用双管负压引流。分析对比两组的术后皮瓣成活率、并发症、术后引流量、住院及置管时间。结果:观察组的皮瓣成活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后皮下积液及切口感染的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在术后引流量、住院及置管时间方面,观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双管负压引流相较于单管负压引流,能提高乳腺癌改良根治术后皮瓣成活率,降低术后并发症出现几率,减少术后引流量,缩短住院时间和置管时间,促进患者的恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of double tube negative pressure drainage on the survival rate of skin flap after modified radical breast cancer surgery.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2025,86 patients with modified radical mastectomy in our hospital were chosen.Using the random number table method,these patients were split into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each.The control group received single tube negative pressure drainage.The observation group was treated with double-tube negative pressure drainage.The survival rate of postoperative flap,complications,postoperative drainage volume,hospital stay and catheterization time of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The survival rate of skin flap in observation group was notably higher compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative subcutaneous effusion and incision infection in observation group was notably lower compared to the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative drainage volume,hospital stay and catheterization time in the observation group were notably lower compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single tube negative pressure drainage,double tube negative pressure drainage can improve the survival rate of skin flap after modified radical breast cancer surgery,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,reduce the postoperative drainage flow,shorten the hospital stay and catheterization time,and promote the recovery of patients.
