音乐疗法对降低光动力治疗尖锐湿疣疼痛的影响被引量：2

摘要目的探讨音乐疗法对降低光动力治疗尖锐湿疣疼痛的影响。方法尖锐湿疣患者121例,其中音乐疗法组(59例)在接受光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的同时给予音乐治疗,对照组(62例)在接受光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的同时只接受语言安慰。治疗后定期随访,采用视觉模拟评分法对两组患者的疼痛进行评价。结果音乐疗法组疣体复发率为22.03%(13/59),对照组为22.58%(14/62),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。音乐疗法组剧痛率为23.73%(14/59),对照组为40.32%(25/62),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尖锐湿疣患者在接受光动力治疗的同时采取音乐疗法能有效缓解疼痛感,尤其是剧痛感,临床效果显著。
